TERMS & CONDITIONS

The resident hereby undertakes to occupy the room allotted to him by the management of the premises, along with furniture and fixtures provided therein, for the purpose of his private residence only, upon such terms and conditions as are specified herein under:

The resident has read and understood the rules and conditions of staying in the paying Guest accommodation, and agrees to abide by them at all times during his period of stay in the premises.
The resident shall pay the applicable room tariff at the room occupied by him in accordance with the agreed rates of tariff put up by management.
Room tariffs shall be paid in advance for every month by the 7th day of the month. No refund of tariff shall be made if the resident vacates the room in the middle of any month for which he has already paid the charges.
At the time of taking up occupancy in the premises the resident shall deposit one month room tariff as security deposit and one month room tariff as advance room rent. The security deposit shall be refundable to the resident at the time of vacating the room subject to his clearing all outstanding bills in his name on various accounts of mess bills, laundry bills, miscellaneous bills and damage charges due from him.
All dues of mess charges, laundry charges, internet charges, café charges and other miscellaneous bills of one month shall be cleared by the resident by the 7th day of the next month. Otherwise late fees of Rs. 10/- per day will be charged thereafter.
The resident is expected to give one month prior notice to the management before vacating the room.
The facilities of mess, laundry, internet, cafeteria are on payment basis only.
The management does not provide room service or facility of mess and laundry.
The resident shall provide proof of personal identification, at the time of occupying the room, to the satisfaction of the management.
The residents are not allowed to park their personal vehicles inside the premises. All such vehicles are to be parked in the lane leading up to the premises. The safety of the vehicles is not the responsibility of the management.
The residents shall abide and adhere to all such Government rules and regulations that are imposed on the management committee for smooth operations and functioning of the accommodation and for the safety of the resident.
The residents shall not unlock, assign or part with the possession of the room and the attached furniture and fixtures allotted to them.
The residents shall keep and maintain their premises clean, tidy, healthy, wind and watertight in all seasons.
At the time of vacating the room the resident shall deliver peaceful and vacant possession of the room and the furniture and fixtures appointed therein.
The management shall be responsible for the general upkeep of the premises and for maintenance of fixtures and equipment provided therein.
The residents are strictly not allowed to smoke & liquor drink in their rooms & hostel premises. If seen, will be asked to vacate the hostel immediately.
